Jill's Cilantro Dressing

2 T rice vinegar
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 T honey
1 bunch cilantro
1/3 c sour cream
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T parmesan
2-3 drops tobasco
Put in blender and puree until smooth.
