Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c hoisin
1/2 finely chopped onion
1/4 c rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
1/2 c water
2-3 cloves garlic

Bring to a boil simmer 5 minutes until thick and warm.  Serve with Spring rolls.
